Cisco Voice Engineer
Our client is looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer for a 6-month contract. This position is for remote work. Work will normally be performed Monday - Friday between the hours 8-5p. Due to deployment activities, some services may require work off-business hours and possibly weekend days to keep from disrupting the client's on-going global operations at no premium rate. Off-business hour work will be communicated in advance by the Project Manager.
Candidate will support HP at P&G in their Global Voice Transformation project. The initial Core phase, estimated at 4-6 months, will be to architect; design and install a Cisco call manager based global solution.
Candidate will work with clients, key vendors and client's account staff to provide engineering expertise for all voice/VoIP installations of complex PBX and toll-free switch configuration(s) in compliance with the client's standards. This involves the creation of Engineering Work Orders (EWO) and Voice Change Transmittal (VCT) scripts.
