Financial Accountant- Birmingham
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Financial Accountant to join an expanding finance team within the manufacturing sector. Our client works with household names and is looking for a committed and driven individual to support and progress the team.
The successful Financial Accountant must have experience of the following:
- Reconciling the cost variance account
- Preparing, interpreting and analysing periodic financial data
- Responsible for all monthly and quarterly reports
- Preparing the monthly and annual accounts
- Responsible for all bank reconciliations
- Producing detailed analysis of variances
- Handled VAT and other HMRC returns
My client is looking for a Financial Accountant who is ideally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) but is happy to receive applicants who are qualified by experience. You must have strong Excel skills and be able to work to tight deadlines and within a pressurised environment.
This is a temporary vacancy and the hourly rate is dependent on the experience and ability of the applicant.
