Description
An engineering client based in South Yorkshire is looking for a Mechanical Designer with Stress Engineering experience. This will be for an initial 6 month contract.
Role:
The project is to integrate turbines with steam boilers this will be for a steam plant. The company is buying the turbine and steam boiler; they will need to set up the system.
The candidate will need to integrate the turbine and boiler using steam pipes, thermal equipment and stress analysis parts. Therefore they will be designing pipeline, vents, and systems using Inventor.
Also he/she will need to have an understanding of designing systems under heavy pressure (60 Bars) and high temperatures (400c).
Skills:
Steam Plant experience or Thermal Plant experience
Inventor
Stress and Thermal design experience.
