We are urgently looking for Technical Support for Optical.

Scope of Services:
Technical Support Engineer for optical provides technical service and support to new and existing customer optical networks, and troubleshoots and resolves problems in order to stabilize and optimize optical networks. Configures and integrates solutions in new and live customer networks. All activities should be in accordance to customer contract.
Your work scope will require a broad knowledge within telecom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge, expected to work, cooperate and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers.
You should be available to work independently, and also have a good team spirit.

Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
Technical support, perform product validation, integration and commissioning.
Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service partners.
Prepare technical documentation to support the activities above.
Technical problem management.
Simply network design, you are a backup when someone leaves.

Qualifications:
1. University degree in Telecommunication or Electrical/Electronic
Engineering or relevant working experience.
2. At least 3 year of experience with Optical Networks Products
3. Good communication skills
4. Fluent French and English speaking
5. Proactive, flexible and open-minded approach
6. Vast experience with technical troubleshooting

Technical Skills:
1. good knowledge of Optical transmission, including PDH, SDH, WDM, OTN, at least master the three skills.
2. preferred good  practice experience for above Equipment, such as installation, commission, integration, design and so on.
