Working for a well established Public Sector organisation, you will be assisting the IG Co-ordinator and Training team in a Information Governance compliance audit/project.

You will be responsible for ascertaining who within the Organisation has/hasn't received their annual IG training in order to increase the compliance levels. This will be done by filtering spreadsheets, reconciling reports and scheduling these training sessions in with the onsite Trainers by contacting Managers/end users via the telephone.

For this role you need to have strong organisational skills and communication skills as you will be the main point of contact between the IG Training team and the end users. You also need to have good IT skills and basic knowledge of excel databases/spreadsheets. This position would suit someone from a high level administration/PMO/Office Management/Data Analyst background. This role is to start ASAP and will pay between £12.50 - £17.50 per hour (Ltd/umbrella) depending on experience.
