CRM Analyst
CPL Solutions, based in Dublin, currently have an urgent requirement for 3 CRM Analyst's. Two of the positions are to be based in Dublin with one in Newcastle, all for the same company. The purpose of this role is to support the deployment of an organisation-wide CRM system and the successful candidates will be required to transition to a more support based role. It is also envisaged that other similarly architected application will be part of the longer-term support role
Responsibilities
- Discover, document and analyse key organisational processes.
- Analyse and migrate existing data from various platforms.
- Provide training and ongoing support for customers; report building, data quality, new integrations.
- Configure application to support business processes.
- Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations and third party integrations.
Required
- In-depth exp of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience of documenting system requirements and communicating with software development & support teams and business users.
- Excellent English language communication skills (verbal and written)
Desirable
- exp with .NET & SQL based enterprise scale applications
- Project management experience
- First-hand experience of MS Dynamics CRM
- Pharma industry & Validation experience
