DESCRIPTION

The Engineer will provide 3rd level support for service assurance, high level problem determination, and documentation of the present customer environment.

Qualifications
  • Firewall, Juniper Firewall, and Juniper Netscreen knowledge required.
  • LAN/WAN expertise.
  • Wireless experience.
  • Infoblox and Proxy knowledge a must.
  • Required Certifications: CCIE, CCNA.
  • Ability to rotate on call for after hours support.
