Network Services/Support

Description

DESCRIPTION

The Network Services/Support consultant will interface with internal and external departments to escalate/resolve any service-related issues/roadblocks.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Transport Network Elements, WFA, NMA, Tirks and various other LEC systems
• Previous experience in Central Office, NOC/NRC, or Network Operations
• Knowledge of LEC Provisioning processes would be a plus
• LEC technical experience with the Optical and DS3 services
• Need to be comfortable escalating to upper management when needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Applications
• Must be a self-motivated individual who works well with limited supervision
• Preferred: Degree or equivalent work experience in related field
