DESCRIPTIONThe Network Services/Support Technician will provide professional services to systems and technology groups. Primary responsibilities are to be available to respond to severity 1 trouble tickets.
Responsibilities
- Update network diagrams at respective locations
- Update Network documentation as needed
- Assist with Pre-Sales activities as needed to provide physical information
- Assist with Network refresh program
- Assist with short and medium range planning projects
- Responsible for receiving network equipment
- Wide area Networking experience
- Local Area Networking knowledge
- Familiarity with Routing Protocols
- CCDA, CCNA desired
- Rack and Stack Installation experience
- Network Troubleshooting skills
