DESCRIPTION

The Network Services/Support Technician will provide professional services to systems and technology groups. Primary responsibilities are to be available to respond to severity 1 trouble tickets.

Responsibilities
  • Update network diagrams at respective locations
  • Update Network documentation as needed
  • Assist with Pre-Sales activities as needed to provide physical information
  • Assist with Network refresh program
  • Assist with short and medium range planning projects
  • Responsible for receiving network equipment
Qualifications
  • Wide area Networking experience
  • Local Area Networking knowledge
  • Familiarity with Routing Protocols
  • CCDA, CCNA desired
  • Rack and Stack Installation experience
  • Network Troubleshooting skills
