DESCRIPTION

The Employee Service Representative will be responsible for answering calls from a toll free line related to Payroll, Benefits, and Leave of Absence for active and former employees. The Service Center is focused on delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction in a timely, high quality, and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities
  • Process transaction cases accurately and efficiently.
  • Answer Phone Calls in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction by handling calls in a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to Special Projects and/or processes.
  • Adherence to established internal control procedures.
  • Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Schedule may change based on the business needs.
  • Some overtime may be required.
