DESCRIPTIONThe Employee Service Representative will be responsible for answering calls from a toll free line related to Payroll, Benefits, and Leave of Absence for active and former employees. The Service Center is focused on delivering 100% Customer Satisfaction in a timely, high quality, and accurate manner while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Process transaction cases accurately and efficiently.
- Answer Phone Calls in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by handling calls in a knowledgeable, helpful and courteous manner.
- Contribute to Special Projects and/or processes.
- Adherence to established internal control procedures.
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting other team members as needed.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, flexibility, and willingness to quickly adapt to new situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Schedule may change based on the business needs.
- Some overtime may be required.
