Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled project administrator for this role. She/He would be responsible for coordinating the overall project and documentation. The individual would need to work with the Program Manager and multiple Project Managers and Project Teams and ensure coordination and compliance with the processes required by the Ohio Enterprise PMO. Experience in Healthcare/Healthcare Insurance is a plus.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
Meet Ohio Enterprise PMO document and process requirements.
Demonstrate expertise in applying project management techniques, tools and methods and using MSProject and the MSOffice suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Successfully support the Program Manager and multiple Project Managers which includes but is not limited to:
o Compiling multiple Project schedules into the Master Program Schedule.
o Compiling multiple Project and Funding Status Reports into the Master Program Dashboard.
o Assisting the Program and Project Managers with:
Entering their Project and Program Plans into MSProject.
Scheduling meeting, working session and event activities including calendar coordination, logistics, travel arrangements, etc.
Participating in key meetings, working sessions and events, plus serving in a scribe capacity, capturing and posting Key Highlights, Decisions, Actions, Issues, Owners, Dates, Decisions to the appropriate Master Program Log.
Preparing agendas and presentations materials.
Posting updates and documents to the Master Program Control File (SharePoint).

Experience:
Skilled Project Administrator with a minimum of 5 years experience in project administering complex projects in a healthcare/healthcare insurance environment.
