- Integration/Development Manager - Contract Position
- 12 months initially with a view to extend
- Excellent contract rate
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation located in the Sydney CBD is currently looking for a Integration/Development manager to join their expanding team on an initial 12 month contract arrangement to lead and manage a number of Projects within a Shared Services environment across multiple business units.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the operational services application team which will involve full line management responsibilities
- Maintain and improve delivery KPI's
- Manage strategy, change and development of resources
- Ensure systems and applications are maintained and operated at correct service and availability levels
- Vendor management and liaison including licensing management
- Leading and managing a project development team (perm and contract staff), including career development & performance appraisal
- Full budget responsibility for all application services, systems capital and operational activities
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need to be able to demonstrate;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Shared Services environment
- Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial
- Experience working with organisational integration initiatives including mergers and acquisitions
- Previous experience in the line management of a divers team of staff with a variety of technical skills and leading small to medium teams to deliver high quality solutions to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of a wide range of IT disciplines including application development, operations, architecture, project/process management, service and vendor management and experience with various operational and development methodologies
- Very strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Strong communication and facilitation skills are a must for this role.
