The Opportunity:
As Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT Service Support in regards to the customers needs, financial and contractual aspects of outsourced programme performance. 

The Person:
To be considered for this role you will have:
 Previous experience managing technical support teams within a medium-large environment;
 Previous experience in planning and implementing service level agreements;
 Experience in providing training and support to staff members;
 Previous experience within an IT support environment;
 ITIL Certification - V3.
