Description
Our client, a prominent corporate entity and employer of choice, is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and dedicated Web Developer who will be responsible for Front End development through design development and implementation. The successful applicant will be required to be highly proficient in the development of best practices and to utilize leading development and deployment tools across the complete SDLC. You will be required to work closely with the other team members on the defined projects and to provide accurate estimates of work based upon technical briefs. An extremely attractive daily rate will be paid to the selected candidate.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have:
- Quality web development experience
- Strong Java 5+ experience
- Strong Java EE/Web development experience
- Experience with Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and XSLT (highly desirable)
- Solid Spring and Hibernate experience
- CSS, XML and AJAX experience
- Oracle and SQL Server Database experience is desirable
- Web Services experience is desirable
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Mathematics or Computer Science
- Quality verbal, written and presentation skills
- The ability to work with technical teams and customers
