Our client, a leading NSW Government department based in Gosford requires a Cognos Developer for a February start on a 6 month contract.
To be considered for this role you need to have:
- Cognos 10 experience (Business Insight) (Desirable)
- Significant Cognos 8 development experience
- 5 years experience in a primary report designer/developer role.
- Experience in a Windows/Oracle environment
- Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge to permanent staff
- Excellent customer service and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to Datastage and Powerdesigner (desirable)
- Experience with Agile development methodology (desirable)
- Experience with a structured methodology (desirable)
- Experience in the insurance industry and/or OH&S (desirable)
