We are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join this very stable and close knit team.

The Opportunity:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing first level phone based support to approximately 2,000 users.  This opportunity will provide you with the opportunity to apply your excellent customer service skills and grow on your technical skills within this fast paced environment.

The Person:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
Demonstrated prior experience in providing 1st level technical support (at least 6 months);
Strong Customer service and excellent communication skills (Written and Oral) are ESSENTIAL;
Previous experience using call-logging systems and supporting business applications such as Lotus Notes is highly desirable;
Excellent knowledge of Windows 7, XP and Office Suite;
ITIL certified or experience working within an ITIL environment.
