Onsite resourcing Specialist required for a FTSE 100 organisation. Our client is one of the largest British companies in the world and has a huge presence in the Recruitment arena. They are the recruitment partner of a leading utility supplier based in Coventry and are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join the team.
The Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for Defining and delivering company wide resource planning for both permanent and temporary activity, taking into account planned leavers, turnover, succession and new business requirements.
This is a 6 month contract.
You will have a have a background in onsite recruitment and previous experience in resource planning at a high end level.
