Visa Europe an international, innovative company requires a PA based in Paddington.
As the PA you would ideally have a background in Financial Services, Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook along with excellent communication, coordination, diary management, and attention to detail, scheduling including meetings, travel arrangements and bookings.
The role will involve supporting two senior members, managing their diaries, to do lists, e-mails and calls. Ensuring both manager's schedules run smoothly and all meetings/travel arrangements are organised and communicated. Submission of expenses, maintaining accurate filing systems, organising and co-ordinating department off-site events when required, preparing PowerPoint presentations and typing minutes from meetings.
