DESCRIPTIONThe Instructional Designer will conduct reviews of courseware to ensure standards are met both instructionally and functionally before
courseware is delivered to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the redesign of current specific technological curriculum.
- Strong foundation in instructional design and project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Expert editing and proofreading skills and must be extremely detail oriented and self directed.
- Must be an intermediate to expert in all applicable design tools.
- Ability to produce results within a tight timeline.
- Must possess expert skills relating to FLASH and be technically creative.
- Requires innovation and technical aptitude.
- Experience in Captivate and Action Script 2 and 3 required.
- Web based training development experience desired.
- Required knowledge of developing shared content.
Instructional Design, Oral and written communication skills, captivate, editing to produce results within a tight timeline, self directed, web based training development, developing shared content, Flash, action script 2 & 3.
