Description
Research Triangle Park, NC based client is seeking a Senior Helpdesk/Service Analyst for an &Open Ended& contract opportunity. This position will be responsible for Service Desk support of high complexity on a daily basis via telephone, email, instant message, or remote control tool. Ideal candidate will be an expert user of Outlook & Windows with working knowledge of remote access/home networking. Must have sufficient knowledge to walk a user through their remote connection problems without having access to their machine. To qualify, candidates must have 4 - 5 years of Service Desk/Help Desk experience with the ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm accurately and be able to demonstrate their working knowledge of remote(home) LAN/WAN networking, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and expert knowledge of PC hardware and connectivity components. Any experience supporting Macintosh, PDA/Smartphone/Handheld technology is preferred.
