Financial giant seeks a QA Test Manager for a contract-to-hire position in Secaucus, NJ. The QA Manager will lead a Global Test Team responsible for delivery of quality assured applications to production. Plan and manage delivery of all testing activities for assigned projects. Assist with and take responsibility for QA delivery and management of Test Resources, Pipeline, Status Reporting, Test plans, Cases, scripts, Results, Test Readiness Reviews, and Post-Implementation Reviews. Assist in the development of Quality Assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures. Act as the single point of testing accountability for project/program managers. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of test management experience, strong Risk Management and Test Strategy skills, and knowledge of SDLC and Test/Automation Tools. Must have experience with Back End ETL testing tools. Certification in ISEB Foundation in Software Testing and knowledge of Finance Systems/BI/DW is preferred. Great opportunity, send Resume now!
