Description
Client in the Perimeter area is seeking an experienced Operations Production Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring, researching, and resolving software systems, production processing, production environment and user problems. Other duties include maintaining contact with clients and providing feedback about available options, monitoring client satisfaction and analysing problems with client and taking steps to avoid recurrence. Successful candidates should possess 3 - 5 years of computer operations experience and operations problem-solving experience. Required skills include MS Access, Office, Outlook, Windows and Word. Candidates should also be extremely customer focused, punctual and accountable.
