DESCRIPTIONThe Contractor will provide sales support for Local Voice Services to include scrubbing local inventory, submitting cases to ICB for Legacy S, SAMS for Legacy Bell South, and Level E for Legacy T services. Focus is to win back local lines previously lost to competitor.
Responsibilities:
- Insure that all local voice expired contracts are renewed to protect base from defects.
- Working with sales teams on local portion of all RFP's.
- Provide customer with contracts for signature.
- Submitting necessary data sets for implementation of local voice offers to centralized teams for existing and win back lines.
- Participate in joint sales call with the sales team.
- Will be responsible for consulting with customers to sell and support all local voice products.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
- Supports sales plan through pre- sales and/or post-sales of local voice services with consulting activities.
- Provides support in sales presentations of local services.
- Provides answers to customer inquires concerning local voice services providing development and consultation to emerging VoIP services when necessary.
- Should have a full, working knowledge of assigned company systems, local voice products and services understanding.
- Requires good teaming skills to execute local voice strategy.
- Knowledge of the Sales Industry required.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision/guidance.
- Preferred BS or equivalent and three to five years local voice sales experience.
