Job description:
This position is an individual contributor role that will provide graphic design, presentation development, and communication support Strategic Initiatives and Operations (SI&O) group with an emphasis on supporting the Infrastructure Program (IP).
This individual has proven graphic design fundamentals, creativity, pays attention to detail, and solid production skills. Responsibilities include using your graphic design expertise to shape and develop presentations to Senior Executives. This individual must have the ability to collect and aggregate information from their internal clients and translate it into clear, concise, persuasive visual context.
Essential Functions:
Use your ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-read presentations using charts, graphics, or visual aids
Support SI&O/IP by using PowerPoint along with Adobe CS software (ie Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and your creativity to translate our story into compelling easy-to-digest visuals
Identify, collect, and consolidate relevant information to support SI&O/IP leadership in describing the value and performance narrative
Produce clean, concise PowerPoint presentations showing financials, performance status, risks, and other key measures for review by Executive Committees, key stakeholders, Board of Directors and Governance Committees
Support SI&O/IP's Strategic Planning Process, including refreshing goals, strategies and roadmaps using your strategic design skills -- as well as providing senior management with visibility on progress being made on strategic imperatives and programs
Create and modify presentations and supporting materials to communicate and account for strategic imperatives, risks and opportunities, and other information-based strategies
Administers and maintains the presentations and slide libraries
Ensures a consistent look and feel for all presentations and formatted materials
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in graphic design or related field
3 - 5 years minimum, experience as a graphic designer
Top 3-5 required skills:
