JOB SUMMARY

The Senior QA Analyst will work within the QA function of the Enterpise Services Group developing leading edge mobility solutions in the Field Service verticals. The Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for establishing processes and best practices within an Agile environment and generating test plans and test cases. The Senior QA analyst will also perform all related tasks to test case execution and QA/Delivery. The role requires working closely with Business and Technical Analysts within a cross-functional team with frequent customer interraction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and establish QA processes in line with Agile software development
  • Develop test plans, test cases, automated scripts and expected results
  • Track round-trip data integrity from Back Office system to Handheld
  • Liase with customers in defect identification and tracking
  • Work with cross-functional teams in preparing for and executing tests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate/BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with test driven development and QA function within agile development environment, 2-4 years preferred
  • Experience with Agile tools and defect tracking systems
  • Experience with Web and Portal software testing
  • Experience with SQL databases and tools
  • Hands-on experience testing complex, data driven enterprise software solutions
  • Experience in Field Service solutions preferred, including bar code scanners and mobile printing
  • Experience with Mobility enterprise solutions preferred
  • Able to meet assignment deliverables and deadlines while working on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Interact effectively within a team environment
