Description
This job reports directly to the VP. Prefer candidate with strong Accounting Background (AR,AP), Expert at Excel & Powerpoint with great Project Coordinator skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain business documentation pertaining to business expenditure, cost and utilization, including forecasting and client invoicing.
- Maintain business budget forecasts for multiple projects.
- Helped to develop and train best practice procedures for Project Management reporting including SAP transactions.
- Create and maintain reporting and invoicing for accounting.
- Participate in monthly risk assessment calls
- Aided as liaison between vendor and company.
Should possess the following:
- SAP user of Finance modules; AP, AR
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Vendor communication (vendors are service providers of consulting services)
- Excel proficient with Excel Macro's, pivot tables, hooks, etc.
- Highly organized
- Detailed oriented
- Prioritization skills must be excellent
