Our client, a leading Global Property Group, is currently undergoing an organization wide Business Transformation program aimed at delivering sustainable efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the Group. To ensure the successful delivery of this Program, the organization is looking to engage a Program Scheduler to aid in the delivery of the Finance Transformation component of the initiative.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this role are focused on the effective and efficient set up, execution and on-going management of the Project's schedule, for both the program holistically and individual streams within the program.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Programme and Work Stream Scheduling
Set up integrated program schedules and reporting process
Create detailed work stream schedules and ensure clear ownership of timeline and deliverables
Maintain program and work stream schedules and reports
Work closely with all work streams and program management to ensure full awareness of schedules, milestones, reporting requirements and inter-dependencies
Work with relevant stakeholders outside of the Project eg ICT Delivery, Business and Finance stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of schedule, identification and resolution of scheduling conflicts
Escalate scheduling conflicts, prioritise issues and recommend options for resolution
Highlight opportunities to improve program and work stream schedules
Integrated Program Planning and Delivery and PMO Management
Assist in broader integrated program planning and delivery (beyond scheduling as required)
