Description
Our client, leading Global Organisation based in Brisbane's CUBED, is currently seeking a SAP Technical Support Specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
The SAP Technical Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks;
- Manage the low risk change channel of delivery for the SAP environment.
- Liaise with delivery teams/resources and co-ordinate delivery of change in line with existing processes, structures and governance.
- Continue work to analyse gaps in support contracts/arrangements with 3rd party vendors and work to resolve any gaps.
- Assist the Transition Co-ordinator to identify requirements for transition of 3rd party applications to the support team(s) and work with delivery teams to ensure requirements are met.
To be successful for this role you will require the following key experience:
- Demonstrated experience managing or holding a team leader role in application/technical IT projects/Middleware implementation
- Technical knowledge of software services used
- Can communicate effectively with technical and application consultants
- SAP experience, or exposure to a SAP environment highly desirable
- Self-starter and motivated to take on responsibility
- Ability to work at all levels
