Description
This global IT service provider has an immediate need for a Desktop Imaging specialist to join their busy team based in fantastic offices in the Hills District.
Reporting to the Software Platforms Manager and carrying out services and tasks for a variety of key clients, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
- Complete and deliver desktop and server image related activities for clients
- Plan, organise, design, install and maintain non complex systems
- Database and Operating System Admin
- Platform support and maintenance
- Assist in defining, installing and maintaining desktop and server systems
To succeed in this interesting and challenging position, your previous experience will include the following:
- 2-4 years administering and supporting networks, applications, desktops, Servers
- Basic understanding of Software Packaging/Software Distribution
- SCCM, StorageCraft ShadowProtect, Acronis True Image (knowledge of one of more, or similar Image Service Tools
- Good knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7
- Windows NT, Server 2000, 2003 and and 64bit configs)
This immediate 9 month contract is based in Sydney's Hills District with a leading global IT vendor and service provider and offers an hourly rate of $55 per hour.
