Unique opportunity for an experienced Organisational Change and Communications Manager to join a high profile and high priority project in a 9 month contract based in the CBD!

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan communication and engagement strategies and activities that will support successful transformation, taking into account change management approaches and supporting project milestones
  • Undertake planned, and emerging communication activities for all stakeholders and staff affected by the Project's deployment, and project awareness communication for a broad audience as required
  • Work with Corporate Media Relations staff to prepare appropriate media releases as required
  • Develop communication and engagement tactics to align with each system redesign
    Provide expertise in the management of the communications strategy and communications plan for the Project
  • Provide expertise in the development and implementation of an Organisational Change strategy and plans to ensure the successful business benefits of the Project by ensuring a sustainable Project outcome.
  • Identification, development and implementation of organisation and business change strategy, including: change readiness, training plans, communications plans, organisational development plan and the post implementation review to ensure successful transition to the business
  • Development and delivery of quality targeted training, based on a training needs analysis that will aid in the transition of the new solution into the business

To be considered for this role, your experience to date will include:

  • Organisational change management experience specifically related to planning and scoping Organisation Change Management, stakeholder management and cultural change within a complex environment
  • Ability to diagnose and analyse change management issues and develop and implement effective interventions
  • Experience and knowledge of change management processes, activities and effects to support the implementation of IT systems
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing ICT-focused communications to support project delivery
