We are recruiting for a leading utilities client in Worcester. They require a Recruitment Admin to join them Immediately!

Skills Needed:

* Knowledge of recruitment/renewal life cycle
* Recruitment Admin background ideal
* Planning & documentation
* IT awareness
* MS Excel
* A strong analysis background needed

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Resource Analyst/Admin, the role-holder will be responsible for support, administration and analysis activity for the Resourcing Team.
- Advises internal clients on sourcing methods available providing recommendations where possible
Negotiation of best price on behalf of the budget holder
- Conducts investigations into Supplier Performance for Resourcing particular resource requirements, analyses alternatives, prepares reports with findings and conclusions
- Conducts investigations into Resourcing problems, analyses the issues and prepares reports with findings and conclusions
- Proactively manage the Recruitment and Renewal cycle by effective engagement of hiring managers and suppliers.

Is an ambassador for the JML process by:
* Ensuring that all activities on the critical path to a successful hire are completed by the agreed start date of a resource.
* Movers are dealt with appropriately and all systems (such as Lucidium, SAP and RCD) are updated with new data accordingly
* Manage the feedback process for all external leavers and ensure CSS processes are correctly followed prior to exit.
