Our client is a well recognised Financial Services Organisations and is currently seeking a motivated SAS BI Developer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity that exists for a highly motivated SAS Developer to add value and technical expertise to the full life cycle of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data management of risk information in the Australian Banking Risk data universe across St bank
- Responsible for ensuring core system data is controlled and consistent across Australian Banking Risk for use in modelling, system releases, reporting, regulatory reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Development using SAS DI on the Credit Risk Calculation Engine
- SAS DI Development on the Credit Risk Calculation Engine adhering to Analytics and Reporting's Data Systems Governance Framework
- Develop/Modify SAS scripts in Data Integration Studio to extract, transform and load the data into a centralized Fraud data store.
To be considered you will have:
- 5 Years experience within an analytical/development team or equivalent
- Tertiary qualifications (IT/Maths/Statistics/Quantitative/Business or other relevant degree) or equivalent business experience
- SAS DI ( Data Integration) programming experience is required
- Advanced SAS programming skills, SQL, Excel with VBA, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of banking systems (CRCE, Originations, Decision Engines ie TRIAD and PROBE, GDW, PLS, GES and CRDM) is highly desirable
