Job description:
The contractor will act as Communications Specialist for the EMEA pricing and tendering projects and initiatives
The contractor will be reporting to the EMEA Pricing and Tendering Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-
- Facilitates and supports the creation of a communications plan for the EMEA pricing and tendering programme, which is in line with the projects plans of the involved projects and initiatives
- Drives stakeholder communication analysis and defines communications methods for every target group
- Provides expert advise to the Pricing and Tendering Director regarding communication strategies to successfully implement the communications plan
- Takes part in project meetings to deliver communication materials upon request and according to the communications plan autonomously
- Delivers communication materials in various versions depending on the audience
- Supports the Pricing and Tendering Director and the Regional Customer Operation managers in developing and executing an organizational change management plan which implements the required business process changes
Required skills and qualities:
- At least 3 years experience in project communications specialist roles
- At least 3 years experience in organizational change management
- Expert in editing and proofing tools (Microsoft Office, Adobe)
- Experienced Sharepoint user
- Experience in pricing or tendering projects is of benefit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive 'can-do' approach
- Accustomed to quick turnaround times and working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with meeting tight deadlines and works well under pressure
- Team player
Expected Hours:
A professional day for the duration of the term and not limited to a minimum of Forty hours/week during the business week Monday to Friday, Additionally travel & work during the weekends; Saturday, Sunday and on UK Bank Holidays, if authorized in writing by the client, and will be paid at a standard professional day rate and shall not attach any premium or enhancement.
