Experience Requirements: experience in a hospital and/or General Contractor/Architect Engineer contract administration field highly desired; contract administration in any field will be considered

Scope of the project: Will provide contract administration support to 3-4 Project Managers working multiple GC/AE projects.
Top 3 skills needed to succeed in this position: Organization, detail-oriented, and some knowledge of contract administration
Top 5 daily responsibilities:
1) Assess/Communicate contracting needs of Project Managers
2) complete checklists, deviation requests, and template contracts in accordance with Project Manager needs and proposal information
3) Route and track contract document packages through the chain of coordination
4) Input contract data in automated database systems
5) be available to advise Project Managers regarding their daily contracting needs (questions, strategy approaches, clarifications, document requests, policy and procedure, etc.)
# of team members: 3-4 Project Managers to support/approximately 10 support personnel in same office area

Educational Requirements: 4 year degree preferred but experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements, if sufficient.

Contract Administrator with strong administrative and analytical skills required. Prefer someone with construction and design contracts experience, but will consider candidates with other contracting backgrounds. Ability to follow and implement written policy and procedure as it pertains to contracts and compliance. Selectee will assist 3-5 Project Managers with day to day contracting requirements, with duties that may include but are not limited to: draft checklists, draft template contract documents, review contractor proposals for accuracy, utilize a corporate website to validate vendor status, obtain template documents, research approval authorities, etc., route an assortment of documents for proper review and execution signatures, and day to day collaborative interaction with Project Managers and other team members. Candidate must be competent with standard computing programs, possess strong writing skills, and have the ability to efficiently multitask. Primavera contract database experience a plus, but not required. Minimum of 3 years contracting experience required.
