Multiplatform System Specialist, Luxembourg, French-speaking
We are currently looking for a Multiplatform System Specialist for a long term opportunity based in Luxembourg. As an administrator you will have to manage a wide range of activities such as systems hardware (Servers, SAN), monitoring and management of backups (TSM), the 2nd level support and packaging of applications.
The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years experience as a Multiplatform System Specialist. The candidate should be communicative, a team worker and have an analytical mind set. Expertise should consist of the following:
- Microsoft 200x server
- Linux SLES
- Windows XP/7/Office 2010
- Virtualization (VMWare)
- Storage
- Infrastructure and hardware design
- MS Packaging
- Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of networking is required and Novell would be an asset.
The position is to start late February/early March 2012 for a minimum of 6 months.
