This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established and reputable IT Service Provider. The company is rapidly growing and have played an important role in the Perth market for almost a decade. In addition to this, the company are renowned for their passionate and friendly environment. At present, they are seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join their team.

Working as part of a fast-paced and highly skilled team you will be the point of call for level 1 and 2 service desk enquiries. On occasion you may even be required to assist in the resolution of level 3 issues. You will provide support on the phone, via email and remotely. You role will have a strong component of troubleshooting and you will be called upon to provide application support across a Windows environment. The maintenance of strong customer relationships will be an integral part of your role. You will have a structured method to your working day.

The role will have a strong ISP component. As such any exposure to ISP will be highly regarded.

You will have experience with:  

  • Previous experience in a comparable role, ideally in ISP.
  • Extensive exposure and a deep understanding of Windows environments - Vista, XP, Office and Email.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Servers and Active Directory
  • Previous experience with PC rebuilds, repairs, support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking and connectivity.
  • ITIL
  • A tertiary qualification is desirable.
