Our client, a very well recognised large scale Queensland Government Department, is currently seeking a SAP Organisational Change Management Lead to join them on a long term contract of up to 18 months!
The Department will be transitioning from the Whole of Government platform of ECC5 to a new owned and operated SAP ERP 6 solution and associated components.
The Department requires the services of an experienced SAP Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead for the SAP/BI project.
You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- OCM Lead to be responsible for the execution and success of the defined Change Management and Training activities from project initiation through to post implementation review and benefits realisation.
- Stakeholder management and engagement
- Communications plans
- Engaging and managing training
- Development and delivery
- Supporting the business through pilots and implementation
- reviewing and reporting on the success of the projects.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the business representative is imperative
To be successful for this role you will require the following key skills;
- Demonstrated experience in the development strategies for managing change in large SAP projects.
- Proven experience of overseeing and managing all aspects of Change Management
- Proven experience in leading a Training team
- Drive and energetic personality ± strong communicator
- SAP ERP and BI/BW project experience would be highly regarded
- Experience working in government environment with Prince2 methodology
- 5 years change management experience
- Experience of at least 2 SAP Implementations
