Our large government client currently seeking a suitably experienced and qualified Senior Business Analyst beiginning ASAP on contract until 30 June 2012.

The Senior Business Analyst will engage in feveloping the delivery of high quality requirements analysis, functional specification, use case models, and other outputs required from a Senior Business Analyst.
Minimum Requirements:
- Participate in business planning, needs analysis and risk assessment;
- Evaluate the impact of work process improvement opportunities;
- Consult with the client on effecive applications of technologu;
- Develop and design business systems solutions with business owners;
- Provide specialist procisions of services and advice;
- Adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies;
- Conduct and facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements;
- Delegate and monitor workload to other BA's in project
Desirable:
- Experience with the development of requirements for consolidated correspondence
