Description
Due to internal restructure an interim Resource Manager is required to manage and transact the end to end process of all contractor activity in the UK and Europe within the Vendor Management Team in Swindon although occassional travel to Germany is required. Responsible for the day to day management of suppliers in line with challenging targets and the development and monitoring of the IT recruitment and contractor placement. Identify possible recruitment solutions and partners to add value, save costs and streamline process. The resource manager/analyst will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and quality driven IT recruitment process and ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of headcount and KPIs. Resilient with the ability to cope with a high workload in demanding, changing and a fast paced environment. Ability to mulit-task, prioritise workload and deliver to tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Experience of SAP would be an advantage. Confident in dealing with Managers/stakeholders at all levels. Must be pro-active and able to use own initiative. Experience of working with/for suppliers/agencies in a recruitment and/or HR based role essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competent using MS Office suite of applications. German speaking desirable but not essential. Mindset to identify process improvements and efficiences.
