9month Fixed Term Contract
A leading organisation within the hospitality industry is currently recruiting for an experienced PA to join their company on an initial 9 month fixed term maternity contract.
The PA's main duties will be to support the Director in organising and coordinating a wide range of activities. The PA is responsible for day to day personal and secretarial tasks
Main Responsibilities for the PA:
- Diary management maintained with MS Outlook - respond to invitations, schedule appointments and meetings (with members, staff and external parties) and conference calls
- Receive and screen all incoming phone calls, refer these appropriately and relay accurate messages
- Organise domestic and overseas travel for the Director and other Heads of Department as required
- Managing the papers for various committee meetings throughout the year ie producing the agenda and paperwork for meetings and relevant minutes thereafter
- Undertake projects and administrative tasks as directed by the Director
- Arranging and taking the minutes of the weekly Staff Meeting
- Oversee and coordinate annual Faculty Dinners, Farewell Dinners and various receptions
