Description
Network Services Specialist: Junior VOIP Support Engineer, with skills in routing, telephony systems, switching, TCP/IP, VOIP technology:
- responsible for providing telephone support for all incidents and changes, concerns, how to questions, related to the IP Telephony infrastructures. (Central Component (Cisco UCM), Voice Gateways, Cycos voicemail/fax system, ACD call center system, PeterConnects Call Attendant Server, .)
- Provide Cisco Call Manager end-user administration;
- Maintain user documentation and helpdesk procedures
