Our Client is actively searching a IT Operation Quality Manager with a good Change manager Expertise. The successful applicant is to analyse KPI and anticipate issues as well as cooperate with users and work closely with the Change manager to help analyse changes
This position implies to b available for intervention in case of major issue, and
to be ready to participate one Saturday each month (Saturday 5h00 till 12h00) to support monthly release.
Responsibilities include:
- Act to make IT operations safe and reliable.
- Make deep technical analysis of operations to anticipate issues (KPI analysis).
- Incident management with close cooperation with users/clients.
- Release management coordination with release coordinators of each division.
- Performance analysis
- Change Manager support in analysis of changes impact.

Also applicants should be fluent in either Dutch and French but ideally fluent in both. If fluent in Dutch need to also have basic French and vice versa.
