Description
Must have minimum of 6 years experience in 3G RF Capacity planning familiar with capacity control, single board problem orientation, work in E company at least 5 years;familiar with network assessment and optimization, capacity monitoring, capacity audit and forecast. Include transmission and board interface (IUB/IUR etc).
