User Experience Consultant Looking for a Senior User Experience Consultant with experience in introducing clients to a User Experience Design Approach.You will be responsible for:* Be the face to the client during the kick-off phase of mobile & online projects with a larger UX component* Lead workshops in conjunction with Business Analysts to gather requirements
* Apply your background in creating great interaction design using a UCD approach and mentor internal resources in the same
* Work with Business Analysts to understand the business requirements and processes
* Guide clients through the UCD approach independently, from initial stakeholder interviews to creating personas, prototyping and usability testing
* Never loose sight of the larger questions of accessibility and web/mobile standards & best practicesYou will need:* Demonstrated expertise and experience (minimum 3 years) as User Experience/Interaction Designer
* The ability to conduct user profiling and user needs analysis
* Extensive experience in Information Architecture & Interaction Design
* Proven experience in rapid, iterative low and high fidelity prototyping
* Performed formal and informal user testing as well as expert reviews on usabilityCandidates with the below qualifications/experience will have an advantage:* Will be Degree qualified in a User Experience related discipline such as HCI, ergonomics, design - graphic, visual, product etc.
* Someone who has a scientific, research based approach to designing interfaces with an eye for visuals
* Have worked in an Agile (SCRUM/Lean) environment before
