This highly regarded telecoms company with a reputation for innovation have an immediate requirement for an RF Performance & Optimisation Engineer to take up a position in their modern offices just outside of Maastricht.
Aspects of the role are set to include but are not limited to:
* Monitor & analyze WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis.
* Maintain and improve Performance KPIs.
* Analyze KPIs and 3G traffic.
* Identify performance bottlenecks.
* Parameter Audits and consistency checks.
* Monitor performance after major changes and generate impact reports.
* Develop Radio Network Performance Reports.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of Optimising 2G/3G Networks with exposure to WCDMA/HSPA and UTRAN systems. In addition to this you will have worked with W10 counters, Business Objects and be keen to develop your skill set in a fast paced, first class environment.
