Description
Call center in Canonsburg is seeking Customer Service Represenative to answer in-bound phone calls from consumers who received their direct mailing piece and want to try the services, enrollments/payments and understanding billing, as well as emergency and dispatch. Handle up to 60 calls per day. Should also be able to up-sell (suggest addtl svcs as needed) and can receive bonuses (once hired on) for up-selling (can earn up to $300 extra per month in bonuses.) Shift is 8 to 4:30 or 9 to 5:30.
Must have:
verbal and written communication skills, minimum of 3 years customer service experience, ability to navigate in a Windows environment. Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, flexible attitude, calming demeanor, team oriented. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
