My Client, a large distribution organisation are currently seeking an experienced interim HR Business Partner to join their team on a 7 - 9 month contract covering maternity leave.

Within this generalist role you will work fairly autonomously whilst providing coaching and support to managers of all levels regarding HR related issues.

You will assist in helping to build line managers capability to drive high performance and engagement through the provision of advice, handling of people management issues, grievances, learning and development requirements, training and talent management. In addition, the role may require occasional travel.

The successful candidate will be highly personable with the ability to communicate at all levels including written and verbal. As a contracted key member of the business, it is imperative that you have a proven track record in relationship building and possess an approachable manner.

In addition to personality, you must have a proven HR Generalist background working ideally within the private sector and you must be able to demonstrate HR best practice.
