Description
Description- Responsible for providing support to automotive client's Legal Staff and Field Performance Assessment (FPA) in the location and retrieval of engineering and technical documents from electronic and/or hardcopy repositories. This support includes but is not limited to the following activities:
- Search a variety of applications/databases and provide applicable documents in response for litigation discovery.
- Search and retrieve from warehouse, microfilm and microfiche inventories for documents that have been loaded into databases.
- Compile and process requested documentation for delivery to requester
- Participate in internal and external meetings
- Ensures day to day interface with account key contacts

Able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes and equivalent applications and client email:
Manage email (create folders, change user options)
Internet navigation (search; navigate to websites; navigate within website)
Embedded tables with dynamic links to spreadsheet workbooks
Able to demonstrate solid understanding of electronic document and/or email processing
Able to demonstrate strong organizational, and time management skills
Able to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years automotive industry experience
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
