Description
  • Responsible for providing support to automotive client's Legal Staff and Field Performance Assessment (FPA) in the location and retrieval of engineering and technical documents from electronic and/or hardcopy repositories. This support includes but is not limited to the following activities:
  • Search a variety of applications/databases and provide applicable documents in response for litigation discovery.
  • Search and retrieve from warehouse, microfilm and microfiche inventories for documents that have been loaded into databases.
  • Compile and process requested documentation for delivery to requester
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Ensures day to day interface with account key contacts
Requirements

Demonstrate ability to read, write and follow English instructions
Demonstrate ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrate ability to strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively through presentations, verbally and through writing
Able to demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Office, Lotus Notes and equivalent applications and client email:
Manage email (create folders, change user options)
Internet navigation (search; navigate to websites; navigate within website)
Embedded tables with dynamic links to spreadsheet workbooks
Able to demonstrate solid understanding of electronic document and/or email processing
Able to demonstrate strong organizational, and time management skills
Able to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience:

Minimum 1 - 2 years automotive industry experience

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering
