Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Make the sites data configuration for the swap operation;
2. Correct the wrong neighbor configuration in the swap process;
3. Monitor the KPI and make the necessary optimization activity to keep the KPI not worse than that before swap
4. Make the necessary optimization work to reach the acceptance standard list in the contract;
Technical requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience with CDMA technology
2. Know technology EVDO and WLL
3. Capable with CDMA traffic KPI analysis and optimization;
4. Be familiar with CDMA DT software using, log analysis and RF tuning;
5. Be familiar with Huawei CDMA equipments and operation like bsc6600 and BSC6680;
Others:
6. Good at with Excel, word and PPT software;
7. Have the experience working outside the native country;
Candidates MUST SPEAK FLUENTLY RUSSIAN LANGUAGE!
