Job Description (Not Exhaustive)
Your main activities will be:
o Install, configure and maintain Manufacturing Systems.
o Manage upgrades
o Patch management.
o 2nd line support for the HelpDesk which means direct user contacts and problem solving.
o Software vendor contacts.
Required skill set:
o Experience in Manufacturing systems
o Experience from working with various DCS systems as well as basic knowledge and experience in Windows Server is an advantage.
o Be an open communicator and willing to share knowledge with others.
o Be a team player, both locally and virtually.
o Good problem & change management skills
o Fluent in written and spoken English.
